10.2 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures.
11.1 pvpvip does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is conducted during the KYC process using valid Philippine government-issued identification.
11.2 If pvpvip becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended and closed, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any mandatory legal retention obligations), and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method after verification.

12.1 As a data subject under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the rights summarised in the feature cards above and described in detail in Sections 16–24 of RA 10173. To exercise any of these rights:
12.2 pvpvip will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and will respond substantively within 15 business days. For complex requests, this may be extended to 30 business days, in which case pvpvip will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

13.1 With your separate, freely-given consent provided at registration or in your account preferences, pvpvip may send you marketing communications about platform promotions, new game launches, bonus offers, and pvpvip events via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number and/or to your registered email address.

15.1 pvpvip may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our data practices, or our platform services. When material changes are made, pvpvip will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a platform notification, at least 7 days before changes take effect.
15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. pvpvip recommends that Players review this Policy periodically to stay informed of how their data is handled.
